About the event
From October 24–26, we’ll gather at the beautiful Bodega Ridge for our second retreat - an intimate, intentionally curated escape designed to help you ground, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
This retreat will include:
• Daily yoga in the retreat centre, with a more active morning practice and restorative evening sessions to support the full spectrum of your body and energy.
• Beautiful, nourishing meals prepared by Bodega’s in-house culinary team - featuring local produce, island-grown ingredients, and bold, seasonal flavours.
