Service Description
This offering provides personalized, in-person support during the end-of-life journey, tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Care may include a blend of compassionate doula support, vigil presence, or bereavement support, depending on what we’ve discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. These hours are designed to create space for meaningful connection, emotional support, practical guidance, and a steady, grounded presence during an important and often tender time. Travel time is included within the booked hours, allowing for a seamless and supportive experience from start to finish. If additional time is needed beyond what was originally booked, that time will be noted and added to the next payment or arranged accordingly. If you are unsure whether this is the right amount of time, I recommend booking a consultation so we can determine what level of support will best serve you and your loved ones. Please note: session duration is set to 1hr for booking purposes. Date and timing will be arranged together prior of following your booking. Please book the agreed-upon hour, date and time & the remaining hours will be tracked and recorded on my end.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Thank you so much for booking with me. I am committed to providing you with the highest quality service. In order to respect your time, my time and the time of other clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: Appointments and Sessions: All treatments and sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, the payment will be non-refundable. However, you may apply the amount paid towards a future session, provided you reschedule within 2 days. No Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Refunds: Due to the nature of my work, all payments are non-refundable after the 72-hour window. However, if you need to reschedule within that time, the amount paid will be applied to a future session. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which helps ensure I can continue providing a high standard of service to all of my clients. If you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
