Service Description
This offering is designed to support the active dying phase - a time that can feel tender, uncertain, and deeply meaningful for everyone involved. Vigil care provides a steady, compassionate presence at the bedside, helping to create a calm and supported environment during the final hours. Together, we may prepare the space in a way that feels grounding and intentional - considering elements such as lighting, sound, touch, and the presence of loved ones. My role is to help hold the container, offering guidance where needed while ensuring the individual’s wishes are honoured with dignity and care. During this time, I support both the individual and those around them - offering emotional reassurance, gentle education around what to expect, and practical support to help ease the intensity of the moment. I also help relieve primary caregivers so they can rest when needed, knowing someone experienced is present. This is a 9-hour overnight vigil, offered at a flat rate. Travel time is included within this window. If additional time is needed, we can extend support or arrange continued care as needed. Please note: session duration is set to 1hr for booking purposes. Date and timing will be arranged together prior of following your booking. Please book the agreed-upon hour, date and time & the remaining hours will be tracked and recorded on my end.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Thank you so much for booking with me. I am committed to providing you with the highest quality service. In order to respect your time, my time and the time of other clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: Appointments and Sessions: All treatments and sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, the payment will be non-refundable. However, you may apply the amount paid towards a future session, provided you reschedule within 2 days. No Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Refunds: Due to the nature of my work, all payments are non-refundable after the 72-hour window. However, if you need to reschedule within that time, the amount paid will be applied to a future session. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which helps ensure I can continue providing a high standard of service to all of my clients. If you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
